I CHINTA SWAMY PRAKASH RAO, strongly oppose any kind of Sound, Air, Water, Soil and any polluting operation.

0705 Hrs. :::Especially now, in All India Radio, telugu news it was told that pulses, sugar were falling short by 20to30%, climate change[Global Warming], Earth quakes in Indonesia, related Sunamis', ...

EBMECCGW::

Exploitation of Black Matter(COAL,...) of Earth is one of the resposible reasons for Climate Change(Hotter Summers, Shifted Rainy Seasons/Falls, Cold Winters, Reduction of Ice on Earth, related more water transforming in More in number of Cyclones / Storms,....).

I give a call to ALL HUMANS TO CHANGE TO LET (induced / perceived GIVE / EXTEND) LIFE of life forms on Mother Earth.

I STRONGLY OPPOSE ESTABLISHMENT OF to 2,640MW Thermal Power Project being set up by M/S Alfa Infraprop Pvt. Ltd. near Kotipam, Komarada village (Komarada Mandal) in Vizianagaram District.

In this particular case of M/S Alfa Infraprop’s thermal power plant in Komarada Mandal, the a CITIZEN (Former, Honarary Secretary, VTC, Institution of Engineers India, Visakhapatnam CHAPTER, Former Cadet Captain, NCC ) wishes to place on record the following objections.

1. Hundreds/Thousands of Acres of Land after the point of project site depend on the natural unpolluted water, for producing natural food like vegetables, pulses, rice, Sugar Cane, and many other cash crops, based on these second line of Rivers, canals and water bodies.

2. The parts of entire nation is depending on this food produce at current cost levels. A short fall will DIRECTLY result in rise of food prices which amplifies into rise of other man made products as cost of keeping live increases.

This is called Eco_nomic Terrorism[Extinct Terrorism].

3. Contrary to Executive EIA report prepared by Vimta Labs, many life forms get effected, especially PARROTS, White Head Birds[Eagles, tree tops, found by me], residing on trees of normal minimum height of Fifty Feet High. Perhaps these white birds may be unique in the entire world.

Now 0800 Hindi News (Finance Minister, Shri. Panab Mukharjee reasons for rise in prices is due to short fall in stocks).

4. The vegetables produced in this region feed humans as far as kakinada, as the primary data collected by me.

DISASTER PLAN FOR THE CYCLONE / HEAVY RAINS, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO OVERFLOW OF FLY ASH POND, DOWN THE RIVER AND ANY INSURANCE OF FARMERS FOR THIS IS NOT SHOWN IN THE REPORT.

12:40 Hrs as I STOP now, I have analysed CHAPTER 1 thoroughly, 2 to some extent and accidentally touched chapter 4. Rest of the chapters need thorough scrutiny. As I have to raise the awareness of people.

All in all, it will be Eco-Economic Destruction of the region of four districts. Hence I strongly oppose the establishment of proposed Coal Based Power Project.

I wish the proponents of the said project will see the ill effects of it, and change their mind to withdraw their proposal, saving ecology and Mother Earth from destruction.

Instead of CBPP, I have proposed to one of the management members [making them understand is in the process] a Hybrid HumanHydel Power Project of ZERO pollution and Tourism Industry ( a massive employment generation project).
