Mallik Santosh to a rough scale before M.Tech. You will be proud to be part of 'MA' movement.  Discourage all wealthy citizens from entering into this industry. MA movement will be an international movement for the welfare of the Disadvantaged like the Handicapped.

1. We the normal humans have to leave this new MA profession for the sake of Disadvantaged.     

2. MA movement aims to setup MA Department under The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment of every country.

3. It will be a means to provide temporary employment (Daily Wage of Rs.80/8hr duty) to the persons below poverty line or lower economic strata and job less (like me).

Now I see multi-role for the You i n the 'MA' movement and I am open to suggestions:

1. Technical assistance in the form of both Design & Manufacturing of SMAV[Slow Moving Advertising Vehicle].

2. Support in spreading the MA movement on an international scale.

3. Support in as many types as possible in getting MA established at Local, State, National & International level.

4. Financial aid in making MA a success.

As per economic trends & current statistics. There is a scope of generating an Additional Turnover of Rs. 150 Crore/yr for the First 5 years & from there on the industry will be saturated, in INDIA.

MA will be the next biggest Add-on in the Advertising Field. Later to be realized as next largest structural & strategic adjustment in the Advertising Arena.

I present brief profile of MA. 

      MA - Centre in every City/ Town / Village [establishment ] would create employment the following HR:

1. Censoring Members

             a. As MA will be the most open, 3-Dimensional publicly viewed, heard Advertising Day In & Day Out medium, Censoring members will have a greater role to play such that women are respected and strict rejection to be observed in case of body exposure of women & men.

           b. Should have a much, much greater responsibility than public broadcaster like Doordarshan w.r.t. children who are the future and Nation's Integrity in mind.

2. Office Staff

3. Energitives [(Daily Wage Drivers.)]

Now I would like to draw your attention towards the Profit Expenditure:

40% towards Welfare of MA. & 60% Investment in Kissan Vikas Patras' .

Govt. Role: would be to enact a

1. Law to ban Motor-Vehicle based Advertising & issue licences to existing man powered Advertising Vehicles.

2. As said create a "MA" Department.

3. 'MA' movement requests all private operators to close voluntarily. Govt. may offer cost to cost takeover of Machinery from existing private operators.

4. After Successful implementation of MA. Govt.of INDIA would canvas it to the world. As Eco-friendly Advertising Medium.

Finally if needed I am ready to lead a March for MA to New Delhi [if any body is willing to cover expenses.].

Coming to SMAV:

Its default Adv material would be cotton & Natural colours. It would provide employment to many like Quick Khadi, Natural Color producers, Artists who draw / paint by hand, SMAV Maintenance technicians. SMAV's top is covered by,    power    generating       Solar Panels, so that charged batteries would be used for the evening lightening[energy conserving lighting].

I hope every normal human has atleast his duty towards god for giving normal birth.
